We’re a close-knit team of around 30 production employees in our factory and 15 colleagues across our office functions, including Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Together, we work collaboratively to uphold our long-standing reputation for excellence.
Pay
We offer competitive, fair pay, reviewed regularly to ensure we stay in line with the market. Salaries are paid monthly, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team appropriately for their valuable contribution.
Location
Our site is based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, with free onsite parking available for all employees. If you travel by train, we’re conveniently located around a 25-minute walk from Hitchin train station.
Working Hours
Production:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Office:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
